PURPOSE: To handle the control contents intrinsic to control objects as one module even if control conditions of the two control objects relate with each other by retrieving the program parts to realize the control contents intrinsic to the control object which do not affect the control of the other control object and hierarchically combining these parts. ;CONSTITUTION: Two units of pumps and two units of valves are assumed to be selected here as the control objects 9 by inputting the effect that a new program design is going to be executed from an information input device 12. The operation of the module is assumed to be selected as an operation item. In such a case, setting with a command known as edition is possible. In this example, a default is segmented to three and the default (b) is the setting to handle the pump (a) and the valve (a) as one module and the default (c) to handle the pump (b) and the valve (b) as one module, respectively.
