PURPOSE: To easily revise the wire connection state and its function at a terminal in a zone box of each zone and to allow the user to recognize the connection state at a glance. ;CONSTITUTION: A desired terminal 12 of a primary side terminal group X allocated fixedly by function with exchange cords 14-18 in an intermediate wiring board 6 is connected to a desired terminal 13 of a secondary side terminal group Y allocated fixedly by the permutation of terminals 2, 3 of each of zones ZA-ZE.
