PURPOSE: To perform the perfect combustion of a non-combustion component in ash and the decomposition of a chlorine compd. in the same apparatus in the heating and dechlorination treatment of collected ash. ;CONSTITUTION: A heating and dechlorination treatment apparatus of collected ash is equipped with a vertically long cylindrical apparatus main body 1, the inlet 2 and outlet 5 of collected ash A provided to the main body l so as to provide an interval in the up-and-down direction of the main body 1, the heated air introducing port 6 provided to the apparatus main body between the inlet 2 and the outlet 5, the exhaust gas outlet 10 provided above the collected ash inlet 2 and the rotary shaft 7 provided along the axial direction of the apparatus main body. Heated air is introduced from the heated air introducing port of the heating and dechlorination treatment apparatus of the collected ash A having the screw 8 provided to the rotary shaft 7 and the electric heater 9 provided over the range from the inlet 2 and outlet 5 of the collected ash A and a stirred fluidized bed is provided on the upper side of the heated air introducing port and a moving bed is provided on the under side thereof and the non-combustion component in the collected ash is burnt in the stirred fluidized bed and a chlorine compd. is partially or entirely decomposed and removed by the combustion heat of the non-combustion component.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
