PURPOSE: To provide a transparent fluoroplastlc coated stainless steer panel excellent in abrasion resistance, scratch resistance and molding processability and a shutter slat. ;CONSTITUTION: A transparent fluoroplastic coated stainless steel panel is obtained by forming a chromate film with total Cr content of 5-40mg/m² on the surface of a stainless steel panel and forming a transparent vinylidene fluoride resin film containing 1-20wt.% of a tetrafluoroethylene powder with a particle diameter of 3-20μm thereon.
