PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute manual changeover between operation elements without a danger for a person concerned even during traveling by selecting the operation element for controlling the vertical movement and horizontal movement of an automobile by a selection switch and consecutively operating the selected operation element. ;SOLUTION: The action of the operation elements 1, 2 and 8 is made possible by the selection switch 11, the respective operation elements 1, 2 and 8 are mutually regardlessly operated and the desired control of the vertical movement and horizontal movement of a traveling vehicle is performed through an adjustment device connected to the operation element. An operation means 9 is arranged in the respective operation elements 1, 2 and 8 and various functions, the flashing light of the traveling vehicle for instance, are operated by the operation means 9. The operation means 10 is arranged in the range of a center tunnel 4 and it is operated by a driver and a helper.
