COMPUTERIZED METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ANALYZING READOUT VALUE OF NUCLEIC ACID ASSAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computerized method and its device which analyze sets of readout values from samples in order to determine which sample has a prescribed characteristic in biological or chemical analysis such as nucleic acid analysis. SOLUTION: In a computerized method to control an analysis system of numerical value data concerning a sample analysis on at least one biological or chemical sample, the numerical data contains data set concerning the sample analysis, which contains plural data values to display each condition of sample at each readout time, and the computerized method comprises the step which assigns each numerical value to each data value in each data set, the step which mathematically combines at least some of the numerical values and calculates the total value, the step which compares the total value with threshold value, and the step which controls the system to display whether the sample has a prescribed characteristic or not on the basis of the comparison result of the total value.
