Rail running type tea garden management apparatus having a slow stop structure

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject system afforded with a buffer stop structure improved in accuracy to automatically slow the traveling speed of the tea garden maintenance device before collision so that the device gently collides with the rail stopper on a traverse movement truck on the initial end side of the rails. ;SOLUTION: This automatic tea garden maintenance system 1 of rail traveling type which is equipped with a working truck 10 and a tea garden maintenance machine 2 mounted on the truck 10, is also equipped with a tea ridge sensor 3 to detect the presence of tea ridges A and a speed control unit to slow the traveling speed of the truck 10 in response to the absence detection signal for a tea ridge A given by the sensor 3. This system works in such a way as to output the absence detection signal for the tea ridge A into the speed control unit set e.g. in a control panel 20 when the tea garden maintenance device travels backward on the rails and reaches the initial end of the tea ridge A, effecting slowing the traveling speed of the device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
