PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily green dam water reservoir slope naked land by supplying water to the dam water reservoir slope naked land through porous water spray pipes from water supply main pipes. ;SOLUTION: Porous water spray pipes 5 are extended to the lower side from here and there of respective water supply main pipes 4 by arranging the water supply main pipes 4, 4 on both side slopes 1A, 1A of a dam water reservoir 1. An arranging position of the water supply main pipes 4 is set so that the porous water spray pipes 5 extended from the water supply main pipes 4 becomes a level slightly higher than a high water position of the dam water reservoir 1. An intake dam is arranged in the vicinity of an inflow port of upstream rivers 2 to the dam water reservoir 1. Plant seeds and/or fertilizers are also premixed in water supplied to the water supply main pipes 4. The water is supplied to a dam water reservoir slope from the porous water spray pipes 5 to perform fertilization and seeding. As a result, the plant seeds sown on the dam water reservoir slope naked land germinate/grow to green the dam water reservoir slope naked land.
