PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the abnormal pressure rising by forming a communication hole on a valve element in case when the boundary of a sealing part is a glove valve. ;SOLUTION: A communication hole is formed on a globe valve. On this occasion, as an intermediate piping 3 and a downstream piping 5 are communicated by the through hole formed on the valve element of the globe valve 4, the internal pressure of the intermediate piping 3 is equal to the internal pressure of the downstream piping 5. Accordingly, the expansion of the volume of fluid in the intermediate piping 3 can be discharged to the downstream piping 5 even when a temperature of the intermediate piping 3 is raised by the fluid in an upstream piping 1 or the downstream piping 5 or by the outside of a system, for example, by the solar insolation, and the abnormal pressure rising can be prevented. According to this construction, the rising of pressure inside of the sealed part to a certain predetermined pressure is unnecessary, and an expensive pressure adjustment valve becomes also unnecessary.
