PURPOSE: To obtain the optimum temperature simultaneously with the opening of a cock by a method wherein the mixing ratio of hot-water and cold water is operated based on a supplying hot-water temperature at the outlet port of a heat exchanger and a set temperature at that time until the hot-water is resupplied while a control valve is driven until the resupplying hot-water temperature becomes lower than a given value. ;CONSTITUTION: When the operation of a hot-water supplier is stopped, temperatures at the water feeding side 2 and the hot-water discharging side 3 of a heat exchanger 1 are detected by temperature sensors 7, 6 and the mixing ratio of hot-water and cold water is operated based on a set temperature inputted at that time while a control valve 5 is driven based on the mixing ratio. However, the operation and the driving are stopped when the temperature of the hot-water discharging side 3 of the heat exchanger 1 has approached to the feed water temperature, for example, in this case. On the other hand, when another temperature setting is made, the operation is effected based on the another set temperature to drive the control valve 5. According to this method, hot-water, having the optimum temperature, can be obtained simultaneously with the opening of a cock regardless of the change of performance of the hot-water supplier or a time difference until the hot-water supplier is used again during intermittent using of the same.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
