PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working unit control system that is able to display appropriate readings, such as sensor values, depending on the type of agricultural machine by using data which are transmitted from a controller of the agricultural machine proper to a monitor side and contain data concerning codes for the type of the machine in use, and enables substantial size reduction and common use of the monitor. ;SOLUTION: This working unit control system for an agricultural machine comprises detectors 33, 46, 47 and 49-51, and setters 54-56 for control of a working unit all of which are connected to input terminals of a controller 43 having a CPU on the machine side, an actuator for control of the working unit connected to the output terminal of the controller 43, and a monitor 63 which is communicatively connected to the controller 43 on the machine side and provided with a CPU and a display unit 68, thereby transmitting data which contain at least data concerning the codes for the type of the machine in use, from the controller on the machine side to the monitor 63.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
