PURPOSE:To enable work execution while omitting a temporarily constructed working platform. CONSTITUTION:In the case of underground work, heavy machinery 14 is made access to one side 4a of an underground work site 4 facing a road, and the other side site 1b is excavated, and in the case of work of a foundation slab of this part and an underground building frame 16, temporarily constructed columns 18 to support an upper floor slab 17 are added to stoppers 13 of the foundation slab 15 among regularly arranged support piles. Afterwards, excavation of an opposite side unconstructed site 4a and the work of the foundation slab 15 and the underground building frame 16 are excecuted by using the upper floor slab 17 as a work space of the heavy machinery 14, and erection of an aboveground floor steel frame is also excecuted in succession. Though the temporarily constructed columns 18 for support are removed when support of the upper floor slab 17 becomes unnecessary, even if a temporarily constructed working platform is omitted, work excecution becomes possible.
