PURPOSE: To provide a process for continuously producing a thermoplastic siliconemodified polyurethane resin having excellent characteristics. CONSTITUTION: This resin is produced by heating the kneading zone of a continuous extruder to 150-250 deg.C and continuously feeding reactants comprising 10-90wt.% mixture comprising a diisocyanate and an organopolysiloxane having the molecular ends blocked with NCO groups and 90-10wt.% diol compd. to the extruder to mix, knead, and extrude the reactants or by heating the kneading zone of a continuous extruder to 80-220 'C and continuously feeding reactants comprising 10-90wt.% mixture comprising a diisocyanate and an organopolysiloxane having the molecular ends blocked with NCO groups and 90-10wt.% diol compd. contg. 0.001-0.5wt.% organtion catalyst to mix, knead, and extrude the reactants.
