PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly attain access to a home page in a hyper text construction. ;SOLUTION: An internet access means 1 performs access to an anchor in an anchor preserving means 8, and preserves fetched data in an access data temporarily preserving means 2. An analyzing means 6 analyzes necessary data such as a title in the preserved data. An anchor extracting means 7 extracts an anchor in which a Hyper Text Markup Language(HTML) file is the destination of link from among the data, and preserves it in the anchor preserving means. A numbering means 9 numbers the data. A data arranging means 10 arranges the analyzed result of the analyzing means 6 and the numbered number or the like, and preserves it in a display data preserving means 11. Next, the anchor preserved in the anchor preserving means is extracted, and access is performed by the internet access means.
