PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile trimming base material capable of reducing the amount of a material for an urethane foam resin and having uniform rigidity, an automobile trimming material using therewith, and the manufacture of the automobile trimming base material. ;SOLUTION: A laminated and integrated construction formed by laminating a surface material 2 used for aiding mold release and having a synthetic resin film 2b laminated on one surface of a nonwoven fabric or a paper base 2a on both the surfaces, a top surface and a bottom surface, of a base material body 1 formed by applying a urethane foam resin 1b to a mat 1a consisting of natural fibers and using the synthetic resin film 2b as a joining surface; is superposed on a surface material used for aiding mold release and formed by applying and impregnating a urethane foam raw material to and into a mat consisting of a natural fiber, and by laminating a synthetic resin film on both the surfaces, a top surface and a bottom surface, at their jointing surfaces of the mat.
