NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I. USE:A protein synthesis inhibitor. PREPARATION: 8-Hydroxyadenosine-5'-monophosphate of formula II is allowed to react with imidazole in the presence of triphenylphosphine and dipyridyl disulfide to obtain 8-hydroxyadenosine-5'-phosphoroimidazolitate of formula III. The resultant compound is then trimerized in the presence of an uranyl acetate catalyst in a buffer solution of pH6.8-7.0 and hydrolyzed.
