PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent fluidizing matters from falling downwards to enhance treatment efficiency of fluid by providing protrusions and recesses on a shelf plate, which comprises an upper plate and a lower plate respectively having holes, and preventing positions of the holes in the upper plate and the lower plate from coinciding with each other. ;SOLUTION: Fluidizing matters are fluidized on a shelf plate 2 to be brought into contact with a fluid. The shelf plate 2 is provided with protrusions 5 and recesses 6 and has a zigzag shape and comprises an upper plate 2a and a lower plate 2b respectively having holes 3a, 3b. The upper plate 2a and the lower plate 2b are layered with one another in such a manner that positions of holes 3a in the upper plate 2a do not coincide with positions of the holes 3b in the power plate 2b. By employing the above described construction, the fluidizing matters falling down through the holes 3a in the upper plate 2a can be retained on the lower plate without failure even when fluidization of the fluidizing matters is stopped, and therefore loss due to fall of the fluidizing matters from the shelf plate is reduced and stable treatment performance can be obtained when this apparatus is restarted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
