OIL WASHING WATER DISPOSAL METHOD AND DEVICE IN DISPOSAL OF MULTI-CHLORINATED AROMATIC COMPOUND-CONTAINED INSULATING OIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remote and recover by-product in washing water produced in a dechlorination decomposing facility for multi-chlorinated aromatic compound as environmental pollutant and recycle waste washing water not to be discharged into external environment. ;SOLUTION: Already reacted oil obtained by removing chlorine of multi-chlorinated aromatic compound as inorganic chlorine while reacting multi-chlorinated aromatic compound-contained oil with t-BuOK in a decomposing reactor 1 is washed by a mixing means 9 and then chloride, non-reacted alkali are transferred to the side of washing water and separated into oil and water by an oil-water separating means 11 to recover treated oil. The oil washing water is neutralized by a neutralizing means 12, organic matters are adsorbed and removed by an adsorbing means 13 and inorganic salts containing chloride and neutralized salts are removed and recovered by a produced salt recovering means 14 and then transferred to the mixing means 9 again via a washing water circulating passage 15 and mixed directly in the reacted oil. The quantity of heat retained in the reacted oil is used to recover produced t-BuOH by a distillation means 10 and recirculate and recycle it as washing water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
