PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance safety without decreasing operability by securing a mounting bracket, which has protection-plate-mounting rotating parts freely rotationally mounted on both sides, to an inner bracket locked to the stud of a building frame, and permitting the horizontally supported protection-plate-mounting rotating parts to mount a drop-protection plate in such a way that the drop-protection plate is freely attached and removed. ;SOLUTION: An inner bracket 1 having a U-shaped upper end face is engaged with a stud 100 at its U-shaped grooved part, and its downwardly-open top locks a hemispherical recess to a horizontal rod 101, while its lug-avoiding recess engages the projecting part of the stud bracket 102 of the stud 100. A protection-plate-mounting rotating part 3 which is in the form of U on plan view is freely rotationally mounted on each side of a mounting bracket 2 taking the from of U on plan view, which is secured to the outside of the inner bracket 1. Each of the protection-plate-mounting rotating parts 3 permits the mounting curved pin 50 of a drop-protection plate 5 to be freely removably attached thereto by a plate mounting hole 31 provided in the side face of the part 3. The angle of horizontal support is secured to the mounting bracket 2, and the protection-plate-mounting rotating parts 3 are supported in horizontal positions while being rotated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
