PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, efficiently, repetitively and continuously grow a large amount of Volvariella speciosa sing. var. volvacea in a short period even by anyone. SOLUTION: This apparatus for cultivating Volvariella speciosa sing. var. volvacea is obtained by installing a room 21 having an entrance and exit 24 and capable of forming the periphery in a hermetically sealed state, providing a water tank 29 for regulating the water temperature with a boiler 30 on a floor of the room 21, arranging shelves 28 of plural stages for placing mushroom beds 8 above the water tank 29, installing air pipes 35 for supplying air fed from a compressor chamber 37 under the shelves 28, providing water channels 34 for making water run from the lower side of the topmost stage of the shelves 28 of the plural stages successively through the lower side of the shelves 28 on the lower stage and under the lowermost stage and return to the water tank 29 and arranging a pump 33 for feeding hot water 31 heated to a prescribed temperature from the water tank 29 through a pipeline 32 to a water channel 34A in the topmost stage so that the water temperature in the water tank 29 can be regulated to an optional temperature and the combustibility of the boiler 30 can be regulated. The temperature of the mushroom beds 8 is controlled to an optional temperature to keep the humidity in the room 21 at =70%.
