PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seed-bed of dry type capable of sprouting seeds in an extremely dry season without spoiling the seeds when relatively large and soft seeds are used by constituting a seed-containing formed body containing a specific curing material-formed body, seeds included in the curing material- formed body, a culture medium and a binder. SOLUTION: This seed-bed for scattering is constituted of a curing material- formed body 2 made by compression molding a material containing a fibrous material having restoring force in a ring-like shape and a seed-containing formed body containing seeds 4, a culture medium 5 and a binder 6 included in the ring-shaped hollow part of the curing material-formed body 2. In this case, the curing material-formed body 2 is allowed to contain a coagulant and a clay mineral. The coagulant can be a polyacrylamide-hydrolyzed product and the clay mineral can be zeolite.
