PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that parts of bread is deteriorated when all of cut bread is not used up at a time, through 1 kin (a Japanese unit of weight) of bread has been marketed hitherto in a state cut into 4 or 6 or 8 pieces, because it was not easy to cut the bread with a cutting tool because of original softness of bread, through bread was cut by a knife or a bread-cutting knife or a slicer when the bread is eaten as toast.;SOLUTION: In forming tearing type Danish bread, dough obtained by rolling is formed into flat square and rolled in spiral shape and cut into 2-30 equal parts 2 toward axial direction of spiral and oil 3 is applied to both surfaces of each cut part 2 and each cut part 2 is individually inserted into a case and arranged in row therein and formed into spiral shape and charged into one case 4 and baked up.
