PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicine composition useful for treating diseases related to estrogen and androgen by making the composition include a pharmacologically acceptable diluent, or the like, and a specific sex steroid activity inhibitor. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a pharmacologically acceptable diluent or carrier and (B) a therapeutically effective amount of a sex steroid activity inhibitor such as a compound of formula II containing a (substituted) estrogen nucleus of formula I as a part of the molecular structure dotted line is an arbitrary pi bond; the inhibitor contains a side chain substituent group of the formula R1[-B-R2-]xL-G (x is 0-6; R1 and R2 are each an alkylene, phenylene, or the like; B is O, S, or the like; L forms a hetero ring with G, a lower alkyl or the like; G is H or a lower alkyl, or the like) on a carbon of a ring at carbon 6, carbon 14, or the like}. The daily dose of the sex steroid activity inhibitor is preferably 10-100 g/kg body weight.
