PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new pharmaceutical composition which can be used for treating blood vessel diseases of patients having diseases caused by the growth of blood vessel smooth muscle cells or reducing the possibility of the pathogenesis of artery blockage, and has a definite effect by incorporating a specific compound. ;SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by incorporating a compound shown by the formula [Y is a (methyl substituted) 1-4C alkylene; R1 is H, a 1-5C alkyl or a 2-5C alkenyl; R2 and R3 are each H or a 1-5C alkyl, or R2 and R3 can form a ring together; the double line comprising dashed and solid lines is a single or double bond].
