PURPOSE: To facilitate an exchange of a pot from a discharging treatment apparatus even if metal is burning-stuck to the charging/ discharging pot for discharging plugging sand in a ladle and carrying. ;CONSTITUTION: The pot 18 supported through pot shafts 22 to open type shaft receivers 21 opening the upper parts of brackets 17 fitted to a lifting frame 14 at the upper end part of a guide frame 8, is waited. At the time of discharging the plugging sand filled in a steel discharging hole in the ladle 1 into the pot 18, by driving a driving device 16, a wire is wound back and the pot 18 is descended and laid on a shifting carriage 27 in the lower end part. Then the pot shafts 22 are automatically detached from the open type shaft receiver 21.
