PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gel-like preventing agent for tragomaschalia capable of increasing the viscosity with sufficient and high stability with time even in the presence of an antiperspirant and having a refreshing feeling of use with a high content of water, a transparent appearance and good usability while a lower alcohol is not formulated or the formulated amount thereof is suppressed to a low value. ;SOLUTION: This gel-like preventing agent for tragomaschalia is obtained by including one or more kinds of antiperspirants, one or more kinds selected from hydroxyropyl cellulose and nonionic cellulosic derivatives other than the hydroxypropyl cellulose and water or further one or more kinds of lower alcohols.
