PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for simply detecting driving of a nail when the nail is driven into a nail driving prohibiting area of a facelike heater for floor heating laid on the lower side of a floor board, in the course of an operation for driving the nail into the floor board. ;SOLUTION: A detecting device 2 of abnormal execution of work is so constituted as to have a DC power supply part A which transforms AC 100 V into AC power and then rectifies and smoothes it to convert it into a direct current, an AC high-voltage power conversion part B which converts DC power into AC high-voltage power, a DC high-voltage power conversion part C which converts the AC high-voltage power into DC high-voltage power, a high-voltage DC power abnormality detecting part D which detects a high-voltage DC voltage between high-voltage DC output terminals of the DC high-voltage power conversion part and an abnormality warning and high-tension output stopping part E which operates on the basis of a detection output by the high-voltage DC power abnormality detecting part. In this case, a conductor part and a heating face part of a facelike heater and a conductor for grounding are connected electrically between the high-voltage DC output terminals so that any driving of a nail into a nail driving prohibiting area of the facelike heater 1 for floor heating laid on the lower side of a floor board be detected and communicated immediately.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
