METHOD FOR EVALUATING FLOWABILITY OF CONCRETE AND FOWABILITY ADJUSTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of simply evaluating the flowability of concrete used in a press fit method without using a complicated testing apparatus or method and requiring experience. ;SOLUTION: In the flowability evaluating method of concrete, an inverted slump cone 1 held on the cylinder 5 arranged on a floor in such a state that the small diameter end thereof is closed by an on-off lid 2 to be turned downwardly is filled with kneaded concrete 6 and the outflow time of concrete from a point of time when the on-off lid 2 is opened to a point of time when concrete 6 flows down is measured. With respect to concrete changed in its unit mortar quantity and its cement paste quantity/mortar quantity ratio, the measurement of the outflow time of concrete by the inverted slump cone 1 is repeated and the compounding of contrete at a time when an outflow time becomes 2 sec or less is determined as the compounding of concrete fitted to pressure fit execution.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
