PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct high-rise building of a safe and comfortable environment by forming sub-systems each constituted of building units each internally having a plurality of living spaces, on surfaces of a megastructure which is constructed in an inverted V shape. ;SOLUTION: A high-rise building is constructed by combining first and second structures 21, 22 in an inverted V shape on the ground surface, and a plurality of building units 31 are stepwise arranged on surfaces of the structures side by side and above and below along slants of the structures. A plurality of stories 32 each divided into independent living spaces with a shared communication passage on one side thereof are formed along the slant within each building unit 31. First and second longitudinal shafts 41, 42 each internally including an elevator, an emergency staircase, and utilities communicating with the other building units 31 and the other stories 32 are provided between megastructures 2, and public facilities 51 such as a multistory parking space, a gymnasium, and shops are constructed on the ground. The inverted V-shaped megastructure 2 is highly economical, and excellent in safety, independence, ventilation, and sunshine, to thereby ensure a comfortable living environment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
