MANUFACTURE OF JUICE OF FROZEN AND CONCENTRATED REDUCED JUICE RAW MATERIAL AND CRASHER FOR MANUFACTURING DEVICE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost of a concentrated and reduce juice by enhancing an efficiency of thawing a frozen state concentrated and reduced juice raw material ice lump. ;SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing juice of frozen state concentrated and reduced juice raw material comprises the steps of surface previously thawing a concentrated and reduce juice raw material ice lump filled in a metal drum, and charging surface thawed lump from the drum into a crusher chamber, largely crushing it by a crushing pawl of a moving plate hydraulically driven in the crusher chamber and then finely crushing the lump by crushing pawl of a turning plate. In this case, outputs of many openings are formed at a bottom of the crusher chamber, high pressure water is supplied from an upper part of the crusher chamber, and the crushed material of the lump of the outlet are crushed by high pressure water. A moving plate 6 from which the pawl 5 is projected toward the crusher chamber 4 is telescopically provided at one side of the crusher chamber, and the turning plate 8 from which the pawl 7 is projected is opposed to the plate 6 of the other side of the chamber 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
