PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the strength of a building or the like by connecting a column and foundation beam unit by means of a connecting bolt. ;SOLUTION: A foundation for construction 1 is formed by forming a foundation unit 10 by assembling underground beams 11 in a plane frame manner, connecting an anchor bolt plate to the top face of the foundation unit 10, and surrounding them over a certain range by concrete 26. Then, a connecting bolt 25 is connected to a lower flange 11b, an upper flange 11a and the anchor bolt plate 20 and the connecting bolt 25 is projected from a concrete face 26. It is thus possible to unify members such as a column 3c connected to the connecting bolt 25 and the foundation for construction 1 to augment the strength of a building or the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
