PURPOSE: To stably perform a work for carrying an emergency cargo pump in a cargo tank at a trouble of a cargo pump. ;CONSTITUTION: A wire rope 20 is stretched between the vent posts 15 positioned before and behind the dome top board 8 in a cargo tank 4 in which a cargo pump is troubled, or between the vent posts 15 and an upper structure. A cargo block 19 is equipped with the wire rope 20. A chain block 21 is fitted to the cargo block 19, and in addition the winding rope 23 of a winch 22 is connected to it. An emergency cargo pump 25 is suspended by operating the chain block 21, moved over an emergency cargo handling pipe 14 by operating the cargo block 19, and carried in the cargo tank 4 while lowering by operating the chain block 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
