PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve light stability by preventing a microscopic formation change generated from a temperature rise by reaction and light irradiation of the light of a microlens array and a flattening material by forming a transparent film by an inorganic material between the microlens array and a resin layer for flattening a surface of the microlens array. ;SOLUTION: A transparent film 30 by an inorganic material is formed between a microlens array 20 and a resin layer 40 for flattening a surface of the microlens array 20. When a refractive index of the transparent film 30 by this inorganic material is denoted by (n), a refractive index of a material for forming the microlens array 20 is denoted by (nH) and a refractive index of a material of the resin layer 40 for flattening a surface of the microlens array is denoted by (nL), the relationship of (nHnnL) is realized. Shot evaporating glass is used as the transparent film 30 by the inorganic material. An inorganic material capable of forming a transparent oxide film having high light and heat stability such as SiO2 and aluminum oxide may be acceptable besides this.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
