PURPOSE:To simplify the work process, and also, to exactly detect the state of water leakage by attaching an air vent test plug to a faucet port and emitting residual air, and thereafter, attaching a water leakage tester to a piping main valve port and applying hydraulic pressure. CONSTITUTION:Plural faucet ports 3 - 7 are provided on a feed water piping 1 and a feed hot water piping 2. In this state, when the piping work is ended, first of all, air vent test plugs 8 - 12 are attached to these faucet ports 3 - 7, and air which remains behind in the pipe is emitted. The test plugs 8 - 12 are constituted so as to stop water by pressing a spring by hydraulic pressure and pressing rubber packing against a cover body as soon as air is emitted. Subsequently, water leakage testers 13, 14 are attached to piping main valve ports 1', 2'. The testers 13, 14 contain a pressure gauge and a non-return valve, and consist of a structure which can execute drainage by moving forward and backward the pressurizing/draining valve. Therefore, hydraulic pressure is applied up to prescribed pressure by a test pump 15, and when it is ended to apply it, the test pump 15 is removed and a water leakage test is executd.
