PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable call system where a callee can select a call and make the call. ;SOLUTION: An IN node 2 which is connected to a key exchange 1 and controls an incoming call, and a multimedia mail device 3 which is connected to the key exchange 1 and accumulates and transmits the message of the incoming call are installed. The key exchange 1 has a service exchange function 4 for distributing the call when the call of service use arrive. The IN node has a service control function controlling service when the call of service use arrives.
