PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin vehicle for an emulsified asphalt, applicable to various applications such as a waterproofing agent, an adhesive or a paving binder and to provide an asphalt composition for cold mixing. ;SOLUTION: There are provided a vehicle for an emulsified asphalt comprising (A) a water-soluble epoxy resin containing at least two epoxy groups in the molecule and having an epoxy equivalent of 100-2,000 and/or a (meth)acrylic acid adduct thereof, (B) a flexible epoxy resin, and (C) at least one amine compound selected from the group consisting of aliphatic di-(or-poly)amines, aromatic di-(or poly-)amines, alicyclic di-(poly-)amines, polyamide-amines, and products of modification thereof in a specified ratio and an asphalt composition for cold mixing, containing the above vehicle and an emulsified asphalt.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
