PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden exterior-wall substrate panel, which is not deformed by a temperature and humidity, has high quality and high accuracy and has the excellent side of lightening and is used for installing a steel frame.;SOLUTION: The wooden exterior-wall foundation panel 1 has at least upper and lower horizontal frame materials 3, 3 and left and right vertical frame materials 4, 4, and comprises a wooden flask 2 being made of LVL(Laminated Veneer Lumber) and having a specified shape, one elastic-body heat-insulating board 7 buried into the wooden flask 2 and a waterproof sheet superposed to the external surface of the elastic-body heat-insulating board 7 and bonded with the wooden flask 2. The wooden exterior-wall foundation panel 1 has length size corresponding to the floor height of a building made of steel frames, and a panel fixture capable of being hung and fixed to a bracket fastened to the steel frame from an upper section is unified and fitted to the upper-end horizontal frame material 3 of the wooden flask 2 at that time. The external shape of the elastic-body heat-insulating board 7 is set at a value slightly larger than the internal shape of the wooden flask 2, and an external- facing board is fixed onto the wooden flask 2 by screwing under the state, in which the external-facing board is superposed to the waterproof sheet and the elastic-body heat-insulating board 7 is pressed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
