PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively evaluate the uniformity of fluidity behavior of powder and grain by gradually inclining a holding member for powder and grain, and measuring the time required for falling a fixed quantity of powder and grain through the outflow part. ;SOLUTION: A support mechanism 4 has a rotating member 13 supported rotatably around a horizontal axis by a strut 12, and a holding member 2 is attachably and detachably provided at the tip of the rotating member 13. The opening of the holding member 2 formed the outflow port 2a of powder and grain 3. The holding member 2 is gradually inclined at a set speed, and the time required for falling a fixed quantity of the powder and grain 3 through the outflow part 2a is measured. This time shows the fluidity property corresponding to the easiness to flow of the powder and grain 3, and the shorter the time is, the better the fluidity is. Since the time required for falling a fixed quantity of the powder and grain 3 through the outflow part 2a can be regulated by changing the speed of gradually inclining the holding member 2, this time can be prevented from being too shortened to evaluate the fluidity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
