PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the measurement of the transfer function of a system to be controlled with sufficient accuracy in multiple-degree-of-freedom vibration control, by randomly changing the phases of sinusoidal-wave signals for driving shakers. ;SOLUTION: At the time of creating sinusoidal-wave signals for driving a plurality of shakers, a sinusoidal-wave signal creating part 11 randomly changes the phases between the sinusoidal-wave signals and simultaneously shakes the shakers by the created signals. A spectrum computing part 12 converts the shake signals and response signals sampled at the time of the shaking into the data of a frequency axis by Fourier integral, etc., and computes a one-time self spectrum and mutual spectrum. This process is repeated a plurality of times to compute self spectrums and mutual spectrums, they are stored in a spectrum storage part 13, and their mean value is obtained at an arithmetic mean processing part 14. Then a transfer function computing part 15 computes a transfer function at a specific frequency (the frequency of the sinusoidal- wave signal at the time of shaking each shaker) from the mean value, and it is sequentially accumulated in a transfer function storage part 16 to compute the transfer function of all frequency components.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
