KIT FOR MEASURING INUINSULIN AND METHOD FOR MEASURING INUINSULIN USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly and quickly measure an inuinsulin by constituting a measurement kit of a standard inuinsulin solution, a complex of a solid phase reagent and an enzyme complex, a substrate liquid, a reaction stop solution, and a coloring agent used according to need. ;SOLUTION: This measurement kit is constituted of a standard inuinsulin solution, an insoluble carrier, a labelling agent-bonded anti-insulin antibody, an enzyme complex, a substrate liquid, a reaction stop solution and, a coloring agent used upon necessities. Preferably, the carrier and the labelling agent- bonded anti-insulin antibody are bonded as a solid phase reagent. In a different preferred example, the solid phase reagent and the enzyme complex are bonded as a solid phase reagent-enzyme complex. This measurement kit enables an inuinsulin to be measured more correctly, more quickly. Since the kit measures the inuinsulin based on an enzyme immunoassay, a radioactive substance is not used at all.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
