PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a secondarily placing concrete work and simultaneously form a resin coating layer on the surface of the concrete layer. ;SOLUTION: A coating sheet 11 on one side face of which protrusions 15 are dotted about is circularly curved with the other side in the inside and the opposite open edges 11a, 11b are connected to each other through a connection band 21 fixed to the projections 15. A secondarily placing concrete form is pressed on the inside to dispose it to fit along the form.
