PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the judging level of danger of boiling by detecting the condition of hot-water supplying passage side upon the re-heating operation of a bath, in a 1-can two-water passage hot-water supplier, in which a bath re-heating circuit and respective heat exchangers for the bath re-heating circuit and the hot-water supplying passage are received in one set of heat exchanging boiler body. ;SOLUTION: A water inlet pipe 12 is connected to the upper end of a heat exchanger 15 for a hot-water supplying passage 11 while a water discharging pipe 17 is connected to the lower end of the heat exchanger 15. The water inlet pipe 12 is connected to the water discharging pipe 17 through a bypass pipe 19 to constitute a circulation circuit 21. The heat exchanger for the water inlet pipe 12 is provided with a boiling preventing temperature sensor 16 near the inlet port of the same while a can body temperature sensor 18 is provided in the water discharging pipe 17. When the detecting temperature of the boiling preventing temperature sensor 16 is higher than the detecting temperature of the can body temperature sensor 18 upon re-heating operation of the bath, it is judged that the hot-water is circulating, however, when the detecting temperature of the boiling preventing temperature sensor 16 is equal to or lower than that of the can body temperature sensor 18, the condition is judged that it is after discharging hot-water. The dangerous temperature of boiling of the hot-water supplying passage 11 is changed in accordance with the judgement.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
