PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film unit with a lens capable of obtaining an image having adequate printing density with a photographic image frame by regulating exposure for previously printing such image as a character to an unexposed film within a specified range, so that a latent image having specified printing density can be obtained. ;SOLUTION: This unit has a photographic lens having a specified stop value and a shutter having a specified shutter speed, incorporates a film F in which the latent image is previously printed on the part of a photographing frame, and also is provided with an aperture control part (light shielding plate 3) covering the latent image on an exposure frame. In this case, the latent image is printed to the film F with the same exposure as exposure obtained when an object having brightness of 10 and 12.5 based on an LV value obtained when the ISO sensitivity of the film F is 100 is exposed through a diaphragm having the stop value and the shutter having the shutter speed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
