PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded cup excellent in voluminousness and elasticity, sparingly causing age-based discoloration and deformation due to washing, and useful for women's clothing such as a brassiere having a soft and comfortable feeling and excellent in fashionability, and also to provide a method for producing the same cup. SOLUTION: This molded cup 1 for women's clothing such as a brassiere is formed by making a primary laminate comprising at least one of polyurethane sheets 2 and at least one of nonwoven fabrics 3 in a superimposed and bonded state, by adhering a front cloth 5 to one surface of the primary laminate 4 and a back cloth 6 to the other surface of the primary laminate 4 to form a secondary laminate 7 and by molding the secondary laminate 7 so as to have a preferred shape in a forming mold.
