PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the elongation of a belt by attaching a belt adjusting apparatus to a hand rolled noodle hanging and stretching and making the position of a fixed main shaft movable. ;SOLUTION: A belt is exchanged with a seamless belt and equipped with an adjuster to deal with the elongation of the belt.
