NOODLE DRYING AND HANGING MACHINE AND NOODLE DRYING AND HANGING METHOD

PURPOSE: To mechanize so-called HATAKAKE (noodle hanging) operation, to improve operation efficiency and to reduce labor by transporting a noodle sheet wound and hung between two noodle hanging bars in the state as it is and fitting each noodle hanging bar to a noodle drying truck in production of noodles such as SOMEN (a kind of thin white vermicelli). ;CONSTITUTION: This noodle hanging and drying machine A is equipped with a lower conveyor 2 for receiving two noodle hanging bars B on which a noodle sheet is wound and hung and sending the noodle sheet to a delivering position and an upper conveyor 2a. At the delivery side of these conveyors, a lower conveyor 3 for receiving a fixed number of the noodle hanging bars B and an upper conveyor 3a are installed. At the delivery side of these conveyors, a drying and hanging device 5 which transports the fixed number of the noodle hanging bars B to a noodle drying truck 7 while keeping the noodles in a stretched state and fits the noodle hanging bars B to fitting holes 711 and 721 of retaining members 71 and 72 of the noodle drying truck 7 is installed. The drying and hanging device 5 is equipped with a moving tower 51 traveling on a rail, a lower noodle hanging bar retaining device, an upper noodle hanging bar retaining device and a pressing plate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
