PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and stably hold test conditions by periodically detecting the concentration of an anion in dip liquid where a corrosion acceleration anion is added during a test period, and by keeping the concentration constant by replenishment and dilution. ;SOLUTION: Dip liquid with a fixed composition, a fixed pH, and a fixed temperature circulates between a dip liquid preparation tank 1 and a dip zone 21, and a specimen is dipped in a specific time dip zone 21 at a specific cycle, is taken out by a lift 24, and is dried by an exhaust gas in a dry zone 22. The dipping and drying are made at a fixed cycle under fixed conditions by the control of an MPU 8. During this period, the dip liquid of the preparation tank 1 is periodically sent to an ion chromatograph 3 by a pump 7 being activated by the command of the MPU 8 and an on-off valve 31, and the concentration of the ion is measured. Then, when the dilution of the concentration of the ion is required, an ion tank 50 and a pump 51 are activated.
