PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed resource scheduling system which connects the concepts of time and resources, improves a resources turnover rate and performs such distributed resources scheduling as to meet a desired service start day as much as possible and a recording medium on which a distributed resource scheduling program is recorded. ;SOLUTION: A resource information managing part 2 connects time with resources and manages both current resources and resources that are estimated to be expanded, a valid resources extracting part 3 considers the parentage of resources that are necessary for a service offer and resources constituting the resources and extracts resources quantity that is effective on a designated day, an extracted resources securing part 4 prevents resources offered in each service from being repeatedly utilized and secures effective resources and a start day calculating part 5 calculates a construction completion day and searches for a service start possible day that meets a desired service start day.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
