PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To high accurately grasp goodness/badness of a health condition of a driver which is useful for referring to when safe driving of a vehicle is maintained. ;SOLUTION: The health condition of the driver is judged whether it is normal or not based on monitored physical information of the driver to drive the vehicle and a predetermined judgement standard and managing the health condition by this device. In this case, the device is provided with an information storage means 61bA in which the monitored past physical information is stored, a past information storage and executing means 61A to store the monitored past physical information in the information storage means 61bA, a judgment standard setting means 61B to set a second judgment standard to judge whether the health condition of the driver is normal or not based on the monitored past physical information a specified amount of which is stored in the information storage means 61bA at a point of time when the monitored past physical information stored in the information storage means 61bA reaches the specified amount and a judgment standard changing means 61C to change the predetermined judgment standard to the second judgment standard set by the judgment standard setting means 61B.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
