PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a team data list processing system with which a member in a group can manage a team data list and the illegal change of this list is prevented. SOLUTION: A member list 33 stores the information of members composing of a team and a team master list 34 stores the information of a person having the change authority of both the lists (namely team data list). A list preserving function 36 exchanges the team data list with a storage device 32. An authority confirming function 35 performs certification and authority confirmation at the time of reference request of the member list 33 and confirms whether or not the team data list should be transferred to a team data list managing device 30. A list preparing person confirming function 37 acquires the team data list and confirms whether it is prepared by the person having the authority of management or not. A list change function 38 performs the addition, deletion and change of the team data list. An electronic signature function 39 acquires a secret key corresponding to a public key and adds the signature of a list change person onto the changed team data list.
